These scenes feature the three “main characters” aiming their guns.

The background is an emissive in-game screenshot. The emissivity is animated so that it starts very high to blind the screen with the help of a compositing bloom node. It then decreases to a normal amount.
The light source is a World/Surface/Color/Sky color environment texture. A Camera shakify effect was appplied and starts after a few frames by animating its Influence factor.
For each character, a part of their gun was made emissive through their associated material to be used with compositing effects (scope lens, laser output and flashlight). The compositor setup is the following :

The compositing setup is the sum of a “general bloom” at the top and an “object bloom” at the bottom, which is the sum of a bloom node and a streaks node. Another node is used to select the highlights created by the object through its emissive material.
The nodes were adjusted depending on the character : for example, the USEC with a green laser has 6 streaks instead of 2 and a green bloom tint.
